Are you organised, good under pressure, and enjoy helping people? This could be the perfect next step for you, even if you’ve never worked in operations before.

At OnCue Transport, we help people get to and from hospital appointments safely and on time. As part of our Operations team, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Every day is different, but here’s what you can expect:

• Be the first point of contact: Answer calls and emails, keeping patients and drivers informed and supported.

• Keep things moving: Help allocate journeys, confirm next-day work, and step in to solve problems as they arise.

• Stay connected: Use our systems and partner portals to update information quickly and accurately.

• Support the team: Work closely with our Allocators to make sure our service runs efficiently and to a high standard.

• Make a difference: Help create a positive experience for our drivers, partners, and patients.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need experience in transport or operations, we’ll teach you that. What matters is that you:

• Are organised and able to multitask

• Communicate clearly and professionally

• Stay calm under pressure

• Enjoy working as part of a team

• Are confident using computers and learning new systems
