The Job
This is a brand-new position in a growing company, offering real scope to shape HR processes and develop your career. Working with the Head of HR, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle and play a key part in building a positive, engaging workplace culture.
You’ll work closely with managers, employees, and our external payroll provider to ensure everything runs smoothly, professionally, and in line with best practice.
- Manage HR documentation across the employee lifecycle (recruitment support, onboarding, changes, offboarding).
- Coordinate monthly payroll updates and liaise with our external payroll provider
- Support managers with employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries.
- Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and employee files.
- Administer performance review schedules and follow-up actions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and company events.
- Ensure HR processes and policies remain compliant and up to date.
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Generalist or HR Administrator role.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or working towards it preferred.
What We Offer
- £38,000 – £45,000 salary (depending on experience)
- Hybrid working — 1 day per week from home
